Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve your needs:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Like our competition swimwear, our policy is designed for peak performance:

  • Swimsuits must be returned with hygiene liner intact
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Competition Swimwear (once hygiene liner is removed)
  • Goggles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Final sale items

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

Pack items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • Original receipt or packing slip

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed with the same speed as our fastest swimsuits:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
